There are 7 fatal choices: Door, Paper Sender, Bedroom, two Conversation answers, TV, and Kitchen.
You spoke / revealed yourself first, then stayed silent. Mrs already knows you are there. You must stay silent from the beginning. That path is Ending 1, not a Game Over.
The Papers hint that Mrs strongly dislikes insects. Do not pick “A Cockroach!”. Use Nothing! or A Rat! instead.
